How I recruit people

Its nice to see when my employees kick in when I am bit confused. I have recruited many and I proud of many who I have pulled in. Mostly my recruitment style is very different. It goes as follows:

First I observe the person. There is something in me that will say that person is fit. It depends on my belief that I can differentiate between the good ones and bad once. I observe and when I get interested, I observe more. Something strikes me and I ask them for work. If they agreed , most probably they will be great employees.

I don’t know what tells me they are good. But it has worked so far. I am really grateful to them. Especially in times I am weak and confused. they have stood besides me and I am really grateful.
